What are Chakras?

Energy is the ability to be in constant motion. The entire universe is in constant motion and hence is a manifestation of energy.

We are constant receivers and transmitters of universal energy and this motion is facilitated by a network of spinning vortexes in our body called 'Chakras'. 

The movement of energy creates a bio electric field in and around us. This field is called our Aura.

The chakra motion and the flow of energy can get hindered by disturbing thoughts leading to energy stagnation resulting in a diseased physical state. The stagnated energy is first seen in the Aura before manifesting in the physical body.
